At ERMA Concept, we have always been able to develop our expertise thanks to our range of machines specialized in the automated application of paint, both in liquid and powder form.
That is why our standard range of machines offers compact stand-alone systems such as carousels and nano-lines on the one hand, and automatic paint lines on the other.
Always listening to the needs and constraints of industrialists and professionals, we design and manufacture our own conveying systems and booth sub-assemblies to meet the specific conditions of your painting applications. This perpetual search for innovation and improvement of our lines allows us to satisfy all your requirements in terms of paint application, on all types of materials, in small, medium or large series.
Constantly at the forefront of technology, we have developed a specific range of cabins, with water curtain or dry, respecting the environmental standards of collection of various particles not deposited.
Our standard solutions represent 15% of our turnover.
Based on our success and experience, we at ERMA Concept have chosen to integrate robots from Stäubli for our paint application and spraying robots.
Carousel range
With a small footprint, the carousel range offers an autonomous unit grouping several stations allowing to carry out 7 steps thanks to a system controlled by a dedicated software and designed by our automation design office.
Designed to meet your needs for small and medium production runs such as the interior painting of bottles, caps, tubes, the Carrousel range allows you to move your painting line easily from one production site to another thanks to its reduced footprint.
Conveyor range
Noting that the market response is insufficient to the constraints generated by the application and spraying of liquid paint on glass, we develop our conveyor range ERMA Concept.
Thus, we use our expertise in automatic painting lines to innovate and design conveyor solutions that meet the quality, robustness and longevity requirements that our customers have the right to expect.
As a designer and manufacturer, we master the entire manufacturing chain of our conveyors, specifically designed for paint application, and provide personalized after-sales service.

Cabin range
Environmental constraints are at the heart of our concerns. This is why we have developed a range of booths: water curtain booths, dry booths and booths dedicated to UV varnish application. Combined with specific filtering elements such as droplet separators, shock baffles or pocket filters, our ERMA Concept booths provide an innovative and economical solution for your spare parts painting applications.

Nanolines
Dedicated to the application of UV varnish on "typical" parts - height 250 mm and diameter 100 mm - the nanoline is a compact machine.
The nanoline range allows you to meet your needs for small and medium production runs, with a small footprint that allows you to move it easily within your workshop or between your production sites.
