Our innovation, your solution
Founded in 1999, ERMA Concept is developing its design expertise in the realization of special machines for the automotive, energy and sports sectors. Local partners such as Alstom, Bolhoff and Salomon have trusted us to assist them in the design of specific production islands.
In the 2000s, ERMA started manufacturing automatic painting lines as a design office for THIMECA. In 2010, this company joins the JCD group to direct its offer to large glass manufacturers in the cosmetics industry.
In 2018, BV2C takes over ERMA Concept, which then becomes a designer and manufacturer of automatic painting lines. From the first year, our turnover triples and we strengthen our presence on the international market.
In 2020, our majority shareholder is investing 300K€ in order to give a real dynamic to ERMA CONCEPT: structuring of services, diversification with the adaptation of painting lines to UV-C decontamination, reinforcement of the presence on the world market...
In 2021, our majority shareholder becomes the sole shareholder and the structuring and diversification is bearing fruit. By taking the turn of industrialization and structuring, thanks to new management methods, we clearly mark our choice to improve our productivity, to pursue our growth and to perpetuate our activity.

Our automatic lines have unequalled performances with rates of 10'000 parts per hour, and transfer rates far above the industry standards.

Since 2018, ERMA Concept is in full evolution thanks to our team composed of experts accumulating more than 30 years of expertise, a diversity of multidisciplinary profiles, integrating key positions and ensuring the development within our LAB.
We have strengthened our links with our partners in order to consolidate our services and offer an optimal quality of service and develop our objectives.
Today, our diversification is based on 3 main axes:
- Supporting our customers with an adapted service: after-sales service, remote assistance and expertise
- A personalized maintenance contract and performance assistance
- An automatic decontamination line by UV-C led.
